Some people come because they've lost someone and don't know how to take the next step.
Some come because they're still in the middle of it — caring for someone they love and quietly falling apart.
Some come because they've been surviving for months and they're finally ready to start living again.
All of them leave with something they didn't have before.
Workshop - For Widows, Widowers & Caregivers
Nobody Prepared You For This. Let's Fix That.
You didn't get a manual for this. Nobody does. One day life made sense — and then it didn't. Now you're supposed to figure out the paperwork, the decisions, the finances, the grief, and somehow still function. All at the same time.
This workshop is different from a grief support group. You won't be asked to share your story. You won't be put on the spot. Think of it as a practical companion to the emotional support you may already have — you come, you listen, and you leave with a clear framework for figuring out where you are and what actually needs your attention first.
Marc has been where you are. He knows what it feels like to lose a spouse. He knows what it feels like to be the caregiver first and the widower after. This workshop exists because nobody handed him a roadmap either.
You'll walk away with:
A clear picture of exactly where you are right now
A simple framework for what deserves your attention first
Your personal Compass assessment — built around your specific situation
